I have tried different rebooting options as wellĪnd it gives me an option of Nieces admin account or HomeGroup$ which I don't know the password either. The user account control comes up and forces you to give the password of my nieces account or close program. That seems to get blocked out of everything including downloads that would assist recovery. The problem is she has forgotten her password and the only other user is a Guest account You just wait until the recovery is completed.So my niece bought a laptop awhile back and I helped her set up her password and few security options,
